Eva Chicken was founded in December 2021 by a young Amsterdam entrepreneur with Turkish roots. His passion for perfection and taste drove him to start his own chicken concept.
After months of experimenting with spices and preparation methods, he created a 100% chicken thigh grill sausage together with a specialized chicken supplier. This unique blend quickly became a favorite among customers.
The first Eva Chicken location opened in Amsterdam. Within a year, a second location followed in Rotterdam. Eva Chicken continues to innovate and expand.
